DVA

DVA-Registered Osteopath – Christian Paesano

Christian Paesano is a registered provider with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) and is proud to offer osteopathic treatment to eligible veterans and war widows/widowers as part of their ongoing healthcare and wellbeing.

Through the DVA scheme, entitled patients can receive fully funded osteopathic care aimed at managing musculoskeletal pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Who is Eligible?

You may be eligible for DVA-funded osteopathic treatment if you hold:

  • A DVA Gold Card – covers treatment for all health conditions, whether related to service or not.
  • A DVA White Card – covers treatment for accepted service-related conditions only.

How to Access Osteopathic Care Under DVA

  1. Speak to Your GP
Ask your general practitioner for a referral to an osteopath. This is usually valid for 12 sessions or 12 months, whichever comes first.
  1. Book an Appointment
Contact our clinic and let us know you’re a DVA cardholder. Please bring:
  1. Your DVA card
  1. Your GP referral
  1. No Out-of-Pocket Costs
Treatments are fully covered by DVA, so there is no gap fee for eligible patients. Christian will bill DVA directly.
  1. Individualised Care
Christian provides gentle, tailored osteopathic treatment focused on managing pain, improving function, and supporting long-term wellbeing—always with respect, dignity, and clear communication.
